                  Pumpkin Cheese Ball

                                             2 cups grated sharp orange Cheddar

1 cup small curd cottage cheese

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

¾ cup crumbled blue cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

   Dash of cayenne pepper

   Paprika

1 strip of green bell peppers

   Assorted crackers

 Place Cheddar, cottage cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese, Worcestershire, and cayenne in the bowl of a food processor,  and process until well-blended.

 Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.

While still wrapped in plastic, roughly shape into a ball and set on a cutting board. Refine the shape, and remove plastic wrap. With the handle of a knife, indent lines from top to bottom to resemble a pumpkin. Sprinkle the entire ball with paprika and carefully move to a large serving plate.

 Place the pepper strip on top and surround the ball with simple crackers.
